I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, such as a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel also offered various leisure facilities, including a sauna, jacuzzi, and Turkish bath, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the location of this place couldn't be more ideal. It was conveniently situated near beautiful hiking and cycling trails, as well as skiing slopes.

Christmas at this hotel was great! the breakfast was really good and the location was perfect for skiing! the room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Smoking was allowed in the common areas like the lobby, which made everything smell like cigarettes. the receptionist who checked us out was very unfriendly and rushed us to leave the room, even though our checkout time was later.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was delicious and the staff at the breakfast area were friendly and polite. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had great facilities. We especially loved the gorgeous steakhouse restaurant, managed by a really friendly guy.
Everything is what we need and want.

This hotel is a great option for the holiday season. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to the ski slopes and also to some good restaurants. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the clean and comfortable rooms. it was a nice experience staying there.
The smoking policy was the worst aspect of our stay. People were allowed to smoke at the lobby, making the entire ground floor smell like cigarettes.
